Our story makes me smile every time we tell it!

We first met years ago at a Vampire LARP.  Joey says he fell for me right away, but since he was "just a kid" at the time I didn't pay him any attention. Years went by and we continued to play together and I continued to not notice him. I married and moved away, Joey stayed in contact with me and we continued as friends, talking here and there through the years.

Then my marriage ended, and Joey was there again. This time I noticed him. He wasn't the 14 year old kid I remembered anymore! He wooed me and treated me like a queen from the very beginning.  He and I started spending time together and the rest, as they say, is history!

If you know us, you are not surprised by our outdoor ceramony!  Our handfasting is going to be in a beautiful garden just outside of Fort Worth. We are hoping all of our guests  realize that we are not fancy people, we are not having a fancy wedding so don't dress in your fancy clothes!

I cannot wait to walk down the isle in my wedding dress, the henna on my feet peeking out from the hem.  I will be barefoot of course because if you know me, you know I always am!

The gardens are providing a DJ for us, and we are requesting a song from each of our guests so that we have a good variety for the dance floor.  Bring your dancing shoes and lets boogy down!

Directly after the reception we will head over to Pete's Piano Bar in Fort Worth so we can continue the party!
